‘Fair City’ star Tony Tormey has said that he is enjoying his character Paul’s current storyline and can’t wait to get fans’ reactions.

Speaking to RTÉ.ie, the actor said: “I can’t wait to get the fans reaction to the storyline.”

“A lot of what Paul has been dealing with over the last couple of months unravel in the next four episodes.”

This week Paul will be forced to choose between attending Rachel’s parent-teacher meeting or going to the adoption agency with Yvonne.

After paying a visit to the adoption agency he shares a moment with Yvonne, touching her stomach, unaware that Niamh is watching.

Tormey said: “You can really see Paul struggling with his feelings between his unborn child and Niamh.”

“While he promised Niamh not to have anything to do with the baby he is beginning to feel torn. Can he really let his child be given up for adoption?”
