Intercountry adoption from the State of Florida, USA, is under active consideration by the AAI and is the subject of ongoing engagement with the US Central Authority. The outcome of these considerations will be posted on the website once a definitive conclusion has been reached.
Would it be possible to PM me and tell me few more thinks about this.
We are set to go to Florida but we are not sure if we should adopt or go for surrogacy.
It all depends on what children are available.

On another note, I must say that the elements of language you are using are worring.
Children are not a commodity and adoption is not a market.
Adoption is not a right for parents who want a child, but a right for children in need of adoption.
I suggest you contact your local health authorities and get assessed. You will learn in the process about being more respectful of children, and I hope it will encourage you to stop using abusive language. Because anything that is objectifying the child is a form of abuse.
