  1. It was hard to get the information: there was a link on the website but the page was “under construction” all the time.

      For information, the procedure is layed out in the Framework: http://www.aai.gov.ie/attachments/017_GuideforPractitioners.pdf
      Basically it is up to each HSE to have their own complaint procedure, and they should provide the complain procedure and forms as part of the Stage 1, Initial Phase, in the welcome pack. (http://irishpinkadoptions.com/adoption-process/stage-1-the-initial-enquiry-stage/)

      It is hoped that with the new legislation, this kind of situation will be less likely.
