- According to the constitution (Article 41.3.1), a “family” is a household based on marriage.
(Irrespective of gender) - Some children are raised in same-gender household, de facto.
And for these children is is in most cases the best possible configuration in which they have the support of 2 parents and of an extended family/friends network. - The constitution only protect children of married parents.
Therefore disallowing the marriage of people who raise a child, as a household/family unit, is unconstitutional and is denying children their constitutional rights.
What to think of people who promote such a situation, which is detrimental to children, and even abusive of their rights?
