What would you think of someone who denies children a family?

You answer should take into account that:

  • According to the constitution (Article 41.3.1), a “family” is a household based on marriage.
    (Irrespective of gender)
  • Some children are raised in same-gender household, de facto.
And for these children is is in most cases the best possible configuration in which they have the support of 2 parents and of an extended family/friends network.
  • The constitution only protect children of married parents.
Therefore disallowing the marriage of people who raise a child, as a household/family unit, is unconstitutional and is denying children their constitutional rights.

What to think of people who promote such a situation, which is detrimental to children, and even abusive of their rights?
